My first novel has now been sailing for a few months, dispensing intense emotions to the author. There was the coup of two reviews in a single day (The Globe and Mail and The Montreal Gazette, January 12, bless them). After the Calgary and Toronto launches, I went to a writers’ retreat in Southern France, La Muse the beautiful. See with your own eyes and read my travel notes. As a result, I am now officially writing my next novel. I am also feverishly translating into French a few pages of Bambina for my reading at Blue Metropolis in Montreal.
